Our returns period is 30 days from the date you received the item(s). If your item(s) is posted back to us within 30 days of you receiving it, we will refund it in full (some exclusions apply to sale items, check the individual item prior to purchase). Item(s) posted back outside of this period may be eligible for store credit only.
CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES - Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This includes having original swing tags and/or other parts included with the original packaging.
SUPPLEMENT POWDERS - Items may be opened for testing but must be returned with at least 90% of the original contents.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
We must first inspect the items once they are received, prior to issuing a refund or credit. Once inspected, we will notify you by email of the outcome.
If a refund is approved it will be processed and refunded to your credit card or original method of payment.
Notify us of your return by emailing email@example.com. Include your full name, order number, items to be returned and reason for return. Where possible, also include tracking information which will aid us with processing the return and may result in a faster refund.
