REFUND POLICY

We provide a customer satisfaction guarantee that covers all products. If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from this store, you can return it to us for a full refund. You must meet the below conditions in order to receive a full refund:

RETURNS PERIOD
Our returns period is 30 days from the date you received the item(s). If your item(s) is posted back to us within 30 days of you receiving it, we will refund it in full (some exclusions apply to sale items, check the individual item prior to purchase). Item(s) posted back outside of this period may be eligible for store credit only.

ITEM CONDITION
CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES - Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This includes having original swing tags and/or other parts included with the original packaging.
SUPPLEMENT POWDERS - Items may be opened for testing but must be returned with at least 90% of the original contents.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
We must first inspect the items once they are received, prior to issuing a refund or credit. Once inspected, we will notify you by email of the outcome.
If a refund is approved it will be processed and refunded to your credit card or original method of payment.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)

NOTIFY US
Notify us of your return by emailing hello@gymbrosnft.com. Include your full name, order number, items to be returned and reason for return. Where possible, also include tracking information which will aid us with processing the return and may result in a faster refund.

You are responsible for paying any shipping costs associated with returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only offered on damaged or defective items. For change of mind or incorrect sizing, use the refund policy above.
If items are damaged or defective, follow the steps above to notify our team and post back the items. Upon inspection, if the items are damaged or defective, we will issue an exchange or full refund and issue a store credit for the cost of returning the damaged items back to us. You must provide proof of shipping costs to be eligible for the store credit.
